• Comprehensive understanding of computer hardware and software

• Experienced in managing desktop PC and network switches

• Experienced in Operating System, software and network configurations

• Capability to identify potential issues in a system configuration

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools like excel

• Ability to work well in a team environment

 

Role & Responsibilities:
 

• Assembling and dissembling of PC

• Hardware troubleshooting and fixing

• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Installing all types of End users softwares and antivirus

• Carry-out regular operating systems patches and updates

• Network sharing, LAN cable crimping & testing

• Providing support for the systems and network failures

• Maintaining and administering Computer networks

• Define, document and get approval of hardware allocation

• Coordinating with vendors and co-workers

• Willing to work on rotational shifts
