Team Leader - System Administrator

Experience: 6+ years
 

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Tech
 

Work Location: Ahmedabad


Skill Requirements:
 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work

  • Ability to adopt new technologies

  • Good command over written language and verbal communication skills

  • Good problem solving and decision making

  • Strong knowledge of Linux (RHCE certification Preferred) and knowledge of Fedora CoreOS, Windows & Cloud (AWS/GC) is a plus

  • Good understanding of iLO, Switches, external firewall, Windows and Linux firewalls, and monitoring tools

  • Experience and knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Xen, KVM, Docker Containers & kubernetes, Rancher, Istio, Elastic search, Kafka, Minio is an added advantage

 

Role & Responsibilities:
 

  • Define and implement standards and procedures

  • Manage, evaluate and train the team

  • Identify goals and evaluate team progress

  • Risk assessment and risk management

  • Maintain the current infrastructure making sure operations are stable for our customers

  • Quickly troubleshoot and optimize server for optimal performance

  • Support other teams in the company for any infrastructure-related tasks
